We are currently seeking experienced Full-Time Team Member, keen to come on board and work behind the scenes in our purpose built Distribution Centre, located at Murarrie.

Duties will include, but may not be limited to:

• Daily monitoring of team member performance through direct supervision and consultation
• Provide solutions and support to team members for general day-to-day problems, queries and situations requiring immediate action and resolution
• Monitor, review and assess the Team’s productivity measures against standards on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and provide feedback to team
• Motivate, train, develop and appraise Team Members
• Processing incoming stock, picking and packing order, dispatching good
• Other Distribution Centre duties as required

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Picking and Packing/Receiving/Despatch experience in a big box Warehouse environment
• Demonstrated experience supervising and managing small teams
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams to work efficiently and in line with company objectives and KPI’s
• High attention to detail with logical approach to tasks
• Excellent communication skills with experience in the rostering and coordinating of teams within a fast paced environment
• RF Scanner experience
• Experience using Warehouse MGMT Systems

Our Distribution Centre located at Murarrie operates Monday – Friday with shifts times offered between the hours of 6.00am and 6pm depending on the department.
