This Queensland based wholesale Key Account Manager role exists to deliver brand, merchandise and financial plans for Hurley across the QLD/North NSW territory including key, core specialty and field accounts. Drive sell-through and future growth by executing against the Seasonal Game Plan (SGP)/business metrics; fueled by analyzing, interpreting and communicating marketplace data whilst building positive partnerships.   • The achievement of – Financial & Strategic plan for QLD/North NSW account base:
    • Deliver territory plan for FY
    • Submit Monthly forecast to business for all Key accounts
    • Core / Carryover/ Replenishment – Provide monthly & rolling 120day forecasts
  • Lead & execute call cycle – Customer Management and the building of strong business partnerships
    • Drive mutually beneficial outcomes that deliver growth and profitability for all key accounts
    • Lead & manage call cycle to ensure optimal strategic & financial return
    • Receipt and collation of customer sell-through information
    • Integrated initiatives into customer management process
    • Ensure the business understands customer concerns & market opportunities within a timely manner
    • Manage & enhance customer relationships at all times
    • Regular account performance reviews with Key Accounts
  • Lead & execute all milestones for identified Key Accounts
    • Consolidation Milestone Meeting – present architectural & fiscal analytics by Key Account
    • Ensure “go-to-market” excellence that is both compelling, delivering strong results
    • Work with Marketing to ensure alignment across product and brand is paramount at all times
  • Costs to ensure achievement of Sales Op-ex budget
    • Ensure T&E costs are maintained
    • Ensure the company’s assets are carefully maintained
    • Pay particular attention to samples



  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Ability to build strong strategic relationships
  • Strong analytical and solution focused skills
  • Ability to identify key trends, interpret & execute
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
