About the role…
We are searching for a Global Senior Menswear Apparel Designer located at our global head office in Torquay. The role reports into our Head of Design and is a permanent, full-time role. As the Senior Apparel Designer, you will be responsible for creating global apparel designs in alignment with global and local trends. Your sharp sense of your customer’s surf lifestyle combined with your apparel design experience will mean you will be able to follow design from concept through to production ensuring our brand of being the Ultimate Surfing Company is carried through.
About you…
You will have demonstrated experience as a Menswear Apparel Designer within surf/street fashion and have a passion for the surf lifestyle. You will have extensive knowledge/experience in design, fabrication and construction across all categories of men’s apparel. You will have a keen eye to identify trends globally and be able to transform these into Rip Curl concepts.
