The company has utilised ECOPRENE foam, made from 100% limestone-based foam providing the lightest, comfiest and strongest foam available. The entire suit is constructed from eco-friendly yarns and jersey as well as water-based glues and laminates.

Anatomically engineered panels with minimal seams for unrestricted performance and warmth, the lightest, comfiest and strongest on the market. Each panel features triple glued, double blind stitched seams. ECOPRENE internal taping also maximises seam seals while having unrestricted stretch and comfort. The suit also features silicon seals on the cuffs of the arms and legs to prevent flushing. Rusty’s chest-zip is designed for the performance surfer in mind. Easy entry, Rusty’s quick zip closure and minimal bulk for a perfect fit. Rusty’s suit also comes with a market leading YKK zip that provides self-locking once closed as well as a secure lock tab.
On the outside, Rusty added abrasion resistant kneepads for flexibility and stretch as well as embossed reverse knee details which adds to knee flexibility and better range of motion.
Rusty Ecoprene Wetsuit is built to last and they are offering a 12-month warranty on all stitch, gluing taping, fluid seams and ECOPRENE material.
