SurfAid is an Australian non-profit organisation also registered in NZ and the USA.
SurfAid’s mission is to improve the health, wellbeing and self-reliance of people living in isolated regions connected to us through surfing.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this job requires the applicant to represent SurfAid publicly, including external and internal events. A main focus of the role is the design and implementation of a communication strategy for SurfAid internationally, as well as work on our major fundraising events.
A key goal is to increase SurfAid’s reach and engagement by increasing our online presence, subscribers and media coverage.
Qualifications: minimum of 4 years of communications experience, with knowledge of WordPress, CRMs and Campaign Monitor, and strong public presentation skills.
