Multi-award winning retailer Strapper Surf is seeking a Full Time Retail Manager for our Strapper Surf shop at the Surfcity Plaza, situated in Torquay.
We are seeking a mature and self motivated professional retailer with a strong business drive and Leadership skills to join our management team.
If you
- Have a minimum of two years previous retail management experience, preferably in the Surf Industry
- Can deliver excellent levels of customer service and good merchandising experience
- Are self motivated with an ability to lead, coach and motivate staff
- Have strong organisational skills and good computer skills
- Have previous Osipos experience (that would be an advantage)
- have a love and passion for the surf lifestyle and extensive knowledge of surf and surf equipment
