About the role…
We are searching for a permanent full-time Customer Solutions crew member to join our head office in Torquay. The role will support our valued customers and retailers, giving accurate information and updates on customer’s returns and/or repairs. Responsibilities include;
- Booking Toll couriers
- Issuing credits and refunds
- Ensure returns and replacements have a 48 hour turn around to stores/customers
- Advising customers of repair charges
- Communicating with customers and stores to ensure complaints are handled effectively and fairly
- When required performing basic watch repairs and booking returns
- General administration duties such as filing, photocopying and data entry
You will have excellent customer service skills and pride yourself on supporting customers and our stores. You will be a wiz in data entry, being accurate and efficient. Having worked in a customer focused role you will be skilled in multi-tasking your volume of work and be comfortable to work with unhappy customers, taking time to understand their issue and being solutions focused with your response. Being part of a team, you will enjoy supporting your fellow crew members to contribute to a positive and welcoming work environment.
