ASB MAGAZINE: Craig Sims, the former South Africa pro, now publisher and Bond University lecturer is conducting research about generational change in media choice. This is the first of four studies contributing to his doctoral thesis titled “The Nature of Gen-Z’s Influence on the Future of Surf Mags”, which promises to yield some interesting insights into the effects of the changing media landscape on the media choices of different generational groups. His findings will be relevant to all Australian surf businesses.
The survey is open to Australian surfers aged 15 years or older, and runs until 11thOctober 2019. It will ask about your surfing content needs, where you source your content from, and why you choose to use those sources. It will only take 10 minutes to complete, your personal data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone.
