O’Neill, the original Californian surf lifestyle brand is looking for an enthusiastic Ladies Key Account Manager/Sales Representative to champion and grow our apparel business in Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering revenue growth through category and customer strategies to exceed sales targets on a seasonal basis.
We are looking for an experienced self-motivated individual that can manage customer relationships, leverage opportunities and facilitate the continued growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities are-
- Deliver annual net sales results via an indent and refill model
- Direct responsibility for building/executing key account sales strategy’s, revenue growth for our market leading Women’s program with all majors!
- Understand, develop and deliver strategic sales strategies within the Major and NSW territory
- Constructively collect seasonal feedback and develop sales plans
- Offer marketing guidance to enhance the footprint of our brand as it continues its growth.
The successful applicant will be part of a motivated team working from our modern Asia/Pacific regional headquarters on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
