ASB MAGAZINE: In another step towards the integration and Scheme of Implementation of Billabong within the Boardriders Inc family, Billabong International Limited (BBG ticker) will be removed from the official list of the ASX from the close of trading today, Thursday, 26 April 2018 in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11 and following implementation of the scheme of arrangement by which Boardriders, Inc has acquired all of the issued shares in the Company (on 24 April) .
