This is an amazing opportunity for someone with a strong commercial and general management skillset to join an iconic group of brands in an amazing location! Based in Asia, you will oversee the commercial and merchandising functions for the region. This is a great role for someone looking to develop their experience further in a market leader!
The Challenge
In this role you will rely on your data driven, analytical skillset and strong commercial acumen, being responsible for the P&L and commercial outcomes of the Asia business. You’ll also oversee the logistics, business services and merchandising functions, managing the OTB, overseeing margin and stock turn. Working alongside the Business Development Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to run the business together, but have the support of a global group of brands behind you. This is a senior leadership role with a large team, so your experience in managing and developing people will be critical to your success.

Who are we looking for?
Ideally you will have gained your experience in a Merchandise Planning or Finance Management career path. You will have a strong analytical skillset and be used to living in Excel, with a good understanding of P&L Management and profitability levers. You’ll be a strong leader and used to managing large, diverse teams. Experience within a similar business in the Asia market would be highly regarded but not required.
